The Construction Business Enhancement Program (CBEP) provides grant money to area construction companies seeking to implement the ACT WorkKeys skills assessment system for hiring new employees and provides funds to train a company’s existing workforce through the federal Incumbent Worker training program.

CBEP is a streamline program geared towards improving the skills of your company’s workers.
